About This Project

For years, the team at Vital has been tracking our health. This can be a powerful process, helping with accountability, self-awareness, and improved decision-making.

It’s had such a profound impact on us that we believe everyone should try it. That’s why we created this Notion Health Tracker Template.

We hope this process helps you identify what you want to improve and help you get there!

For example, tracking meals and calories isn’t for everyone. We recommend decluttering for increased focus.
